You must be a registered company or an independent professional with a valid VAT OR tax number (EIN, Tax ID, ARO, IRAS etc). Please note that if this is not the case, your order may be cancelled. 

You can currently create an account and have your order delivered only if you are located in the EMEA region. 

We do not accept any account creation from the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Crimea–Sevastopol, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Burundi, Eritrea, Libya, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

Option 1: If you already are a Chargeurs PCC customer, your account already exists. Click “I forgot my password” and enter the email you previously used. After resetting your password, your account will be available with your existing information. Please double-check your details before ordering. 

Option 2: If you are a new customer, simply create an account via “Log in” > “Create my account.” You must provide a valid VAT or tax number. We realize not all countries provide businesses with VAT numbers, but please provide the closest equivalent (e.g. USA:Employer Identification Number – EIN or Federal Tax ID, Australia: ATO, Singapore: IRAS). In absence of any sort of Tax ID please insert your company’s DUNS Number.

We recommend checking each dedicated product page to check at which temperature our interlinings can be applied, washed and if dry cleaning and tumble drying is allowed.

Chargeurs PCC produces high-quality internal components for textile, such as interlining and wadding.

At the moment, samples cannot be ordered through the website. Please contact online-orders@chargeurs-pcc.com for these requests.

Stock availability and prices are visible once you are logged in as a customer. Stock is updated constantly, so please check it before ordering.

Currently, we accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay.. Additional payment methods will be added soon.

You will receive your invoice by email when your order is processed by our customer service team. It will also be available on your account.

Currently, we accept payments only in EUR.

Yes. Your payment is securely processed through Stripe, a trusted European payment provider. All transactions are encrypted and protected with the highest security standards (PCI DSS, 3-D Secure). This ensures your data remains confidential and your purchase is 100% secure.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipment.

If a product is in stock, we ship it within 24–72 working hours. The delivery time can then vary depending on the delivery address and the selected option (DHL Economic or DHL Express).

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package and the destination. The price will appear at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Please note that shipping fees will not appear if the address is not recognized.

We ship in the whole EMEA region. We do not ship in the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Crimea–Sevastopol, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Burundi, Eritrea, Libya, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

Product returns are usually linked to a quality claim. If the claim is confirmed, return shipping costs are covered by Chargeurs PCC. 

In the case of a customer error, transportation costs will be at the customer’s expense.
