Undercollar felt

Undercollar felt

Undercollar Felt delivers an excellent handfeel in high-quality men’s jackets while ensuring the collar maintains a crisp, lasting shape. Available in an extensive range of colors, it allows brands to match or contrast the undercollar for a refined and fully tailored finish.

Sleeve heads

Sleeve heads

Sleeveheads are used in the sleeve cap of a garment to help support the sleeve and prevent the ridge of the seam allowance, which is turned towards the sleeve, from showing through. Sewn between the sleeve and the shoulder, sleeve heads give the top of the sleeve a smooth, crisp shape. The size of the sleeve head varies based on the style of the jacket.

Shoulder pads, Sew-in interlining

Shoulder pads are structured components inserted into the shoulder area of a garment to provide shape, support, and definition. Typically made from layered materials such as foam, felt, nonwoven fabrics, or wadding, they create volume and reinforcement where the sleeve and shoulder seam meet.

Whether for bespoke suiting or refined ready-to-wear, our interlinings support craftsmanship that lasts.

Authentic materials, expertly engineered

Our portfolio includes, amongst others, Bertero’s canvas made primarily from natural materials such as horsehair for timeless shaping, sleeveheads for perfect shoulder lines, non-woven embroidery backing, and DHJ’s soft yet resilient cotton and polycotton interlinings designed for shirt collars, cuffs and plackets. With no adhesive layer, these supports allow garments to breathe and move naturally—ideal for preserving drape, integrity and comfort over time, even through repeated washing.
