Access to your data
Your personal data is processed exclusively by the Sales, Marketing and Accounting teams of CHARGEURS PCC for the only purposes described above.
For some data processing activities, CHARGEURS PCC may transfer some of your personal data to our partners or technical and logistics service providers (ex: Digital Marketing Agencies, e-commerce platforms) that outsource some services (ex: organization of events, provide solutions for emailing and e-commerce shop). In such case, CHARGEURS PCC makes sure that the outsourced processing activities are compliant with the GDPR or any other applicable Privacy Regulation.
Your personal data may be transferred to a third party in the event of a restructuring of CHARGEURS PCC or any of its subsidiaries, including the partial or total sale of assets, merge, acquisition and more generally any operation of reorganisation of the company structure.
In case of a personal data transfer outside the European Economic Area (EEA), CHARGEURS PCC guarantees that each data transfer is performed with appropriate data protection safeguards, in the form of contractual clauses, to comply with GDPR and/or any other applicable regulation or law.

Automatic decision-making

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

- Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.
