Chargeurs PCC’s DHJ fusible interfacing combines over 75 years of shirt‑making expertise with modern comfort innovation. Manufactured in France since 1945, DHJ leads the industry in high‑performance shirt interfacings—from single‑layer cotton to advanced polycotton constructions. This white high‑melt thermobonded plain‑weave cotton shirt interfacing features an extra‑soft finish and a water‑soluble PVA coating, providing precise and permanent support for collars, cuffs, and plackets.
High quality certified shirt interfacing
This fusible interfacing is woven in a plain weave from a 100 % cotton base cloth, bonded with a high‑density polyethylene (PVA) water‑soluble coating that fully washes out after the first laundering. It weighs 105 g/m² and is supplied in a 90 cm width (± 2 cm tolerance), with a mesh count of 28 to achieve a semi‑transparent drape. Fully certified under Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), REACH, AFAQ ISO 9001, and Oeko‑Tex Standard 100, every roll is proudly made in France and offered in a crisp white hue.
